Arivo Information Vault Architecture
Overview
The Arivo Information Vault is the aggregated source of data from across the business. It will serve as the primary "source of truth" for historical business data. The Arivo Information Vault will be comprised of three primary stages, each with its own operational purpose to serve current and future business needs. The implementation goal of the warehouse models and design will be to leverage business agility over engineering efficiency. Business agility often supersedes optimal design efficiencies as avoiding re-engineering costs will allow business intelligence to adapt quicker to meet changing demands.
Auditability and compliance will serve as additional design considerations to ensure the integrity and quality of the data, as well as criteria that will allow for easy troubleshooting of operational problems. These objectives will have a larger role in the data models, themselves.
